In the game, you find yourself by a lake where rare water lilies bloom only during a gentle rainfall. The goal is to create the conditions for all eight types of lilies to bloom before the rain comes to an end. By placing tiles, the player builds a tranquil landscape that encourages a sense of peace and quiet contemplation.
The player draws tiles from a face‑down pile and places them next to previously placed tiles, making sure that the colors along the edges match. When four tiles form a perfect square with matching edges, a lily flower blooms in the center. The game contains only 28 tiles and 8 lilies, meaning that every single move matters and requires mindful consideration.
