Even Deeper Regrets is an expansion for the board game Deep Regrets.
Gameplay in Even Deeper Regrets is the same as in the base game, with one major exception: at the start of each day, you can now choose to begin Inland in addition to Sea and Port!
Inland, you can fish from three river shoals or one loch shoal, both of which offer greater risk but also greater rewards than the sea. Inland, you'll find 74 new fish and 25 new dinks waiting to be discovered!
The expansion also introduces an entirely new marine environment featuring 117 brand-new fish. You can mix them with the fish from the base game or play using only the expansion fish—the choice is yours.
New polyps introduce a fresh gameplay mechanic: each polyp is worth more points for every other polyp currently in play.
New items and equipment are also available, including a new type of supply—pets! These loyal companions stay by your side and provide an ongoing benefit, but they can still be lost at sea, so try not to get too attached.
