Exploding Kittens: NSFW Deck is a standalone version of the popular card game Exploding Kittens, designed for an adult audience. NSFW stands for “Not Safe For Work,” meaning it contains more provocative humor that is not suitable for children—but all the more entertaining for adults looking for a bolder gaming experience.
Just like in the original game, the objective is simple: don't draw an Exploding Kitten. Players find themselves in a tense game of “kitty Russian roulette,” where every card draw could mean the end. The NSFW version spices things up with more outrageous, absurd, and humorous illustrations, featuring nuns, chickens, nipples, and other unusual themes.
The goal is to be the last player left who hasn’t exploded. On your turn, you can play cards and then must draw one from the deck. If you draw an Exploding Kitten and don't have a Defuse card, you're out of the game. A Defuse card allows you to put the Exploding Kitten back into the deck—anywhere you like.
Special cards: Skip, Attack, See the Future, Shuffle, and Nope—all familiar from the original game. Two matching cards allow you to steal a random card from another player, while three matching cards let you ask for a specific card from an opponent.
