In Heckmeck Deluxe, players take on the role of hungry chickens competing for the juiciest grilled worms on the barbecue. In the center of the table are 16 tiles with different values, representing worm portions. Players compete to collect the most of these tasty treats – and not necessarily in a fair way!

On their turn, a player rolls 8 dice. They choose one value or the worm symbol and set aside all dice showing that value. Then they roll the remaining dice and choose a new value (they cannot repeat a previously chosen one). When they decide to stop, they sum the values of all dice (worms count as 5 points). If they have at least one worm and enough points, they can take the corresponding worm tile. If they don’t have a worm or can’t take a tile, the turn fails. Players can also steal tiles from others by matching their value.
