- Color: Green (mono-green)
- Commander: Ghalta, Primal Hunger
- Deck Theme: Massive creatures, primarily Dinosaurs, along with the "power matters" mechanic, where creatures with high power provide additional benefits.
Ghalta, Primal Hunger is a powerful 12/12 Dinosaur with trample. Its unique ability reduces its casting cost based on the total power of creatures you already control. Because of this, Ghalta can often be cast much earlier than you would expect for such an enormous creature.
The deck focuses on:
- playing large and powerful creatures,
- ramping mana,
- quickly deploying massive Dinosaurs onto the battlefield,
- taking advantage of cards that reward high-power creatures.
Once you have enough powerful creatures on the battlefield, you can cast Ghalta for a very low cost and begin putting pressure on your opponents with devastating attacks.
