Pies is a light, charming card game about baking pies, in which players collect fruit (apples, raspberries, blueberries, plums…) and use it to create the best pie mixes. Visually, the game is warm and appealing – the illustrations are fruity, colorful, and inviting.
The theme blends nicely with the mechanics: each card represents an ingredient, and special actions include stealing fruit or calling the dog, who protects your precious stash.

Each player plays one card. The highest card wins the “trick,” but does not take all the cards – after winning, a draft is triggered in which players, in order of card value, pick one of the cards that were played. Interestingly, you draft exactly the cards that everyone placed into that trick moments earlier. The first winner chooses first, while the last player always receives a plum, a universal ingredient that can be used as any type of fruit. What you collect is then used to assemble pie recipes, which grant final points.

Some cards trigger additional actions:

• Stealing fruit cards from other players
• Calling the dog, who protects your cards from theft
• Using Pi tokens, which add 3.14 in tie‑breaker situations
