Power Grid: France/Italy is an expansion for the board game Power Grid.
It introduces two new maps for Power Grid.
Just like in the base game, the game board features a different map on each side: France and Italy.
In addition to the new maps, the expansion includes slight rule changes that reflect the energy characteristics of these two countries. France, a nation heavily focused on nuclear power, begins the game with earlier access to nuclear power plants and larger uranium supplies. Italy, on the other hand, has access to more waste resources but fewer coal and oil supplies.
The result is not only two new maps, but also new ways to experience this excellent strategy game, as each country offers unique challenges, tactics, and opportunities for developing your power network.
