Players take control of robots that move through:

Robo Rally is known as a programmed movement game, where players plan their robot’s actions in advance. Players select a sequence of action cards (movements, turns) that the robot will execute. All robots carry out their commands simultaneously, which creates unpredictable situations. The board activates elements (lasers, conveyor belts) that affect movement. Robots push, block, and attack each other. Different track layouts provide plenty of variety, and robots can gain upgrades or suffer damage that affects their programming.
