Sylvion is a standalone board game set in the fantasy world of the Oniverse, designed by Shadi Torbey. It is a solo or cooperative game for 1–2 players that combines a forest-protection theme with tower defense and card management mechanics. Players take on the role of guardians of the Sylvion forest, which must be defended against a destructive assault by fire elementals known as the Ravage.
At the heart of the game is the struggle to preserve nature. The Sylvion forest is under threat from fiery creatures seeking to burn it to the ground. Players must use fountains, trees, animals, and other natural forces to prevent the flames from destroying the forest’s vitality. Each card represents a part of nature fighting back against the fire—from hedgehogs and owls to powerful water barriers.
Fire enemies arrive in waves across four lanes, and players must stop them by strategically placing defensive cards. Cards are played by paying with other cards from your hand, requiring careful and tactical decision-making. Players can build their own defensive deck from a larger pool of cards, allowing for customization and varied strategies. In addition to the base game, two expansions are included, adding new cards and mechanics for greater depth.
