Ticket to Ride Map Collection: Asia is an expansion for Ticket to Ride and Ticket to Ride Europe.
This expansion includes two new maps that introduce new challenges and mechanics to the base game.
Team Asia
Four or six players compete in teams of two, with teammates seated next to each other. Each player has their own secret hand of train cards and destination tickets, while some additional cards and tickets are placed in a shared cardholder, accessible to either teammate.
When a player draws cards, one must be placed in the shared holder and the other kept in their hand (unless they take a face-up locomotive — that one must always go into the shared holder). When drawing destination tickets, the first kept ticket must be placed in the holder, while any additional kept tickets remain in the player's hand. A player may also spend their turn to add two cards from their hand to the holder.
A team’s points are tracked collectively, and the team with the highest score wins.
Legendary Asia
The main novelty of this map is the presence of mountain routes, where some route segments are marked with an X. When a player claims one of these mountain routes, they must place one of their trains from their supply into the Mountain Crossing area. This train is lost for the remainder of the game, but the player earns two points for each such train.
The player who connects the most cities into a single continuous network receives an additional 10‑point bonus, known as the Asian Explorer bonus.

Legendary Asia offers more demanding routes, providing greater strategic depth for experienced players.
