Tidal Blades 2: Rise of the Unfolders is a cooperative campaign adventure set in the vibrant and fantastical world of Naviri, where players, as new Tidal Blades, venture into the mysterious Fold — a frozen space‑time anomaly that is dangerously destabilizing. Your mission is to uncover its origin, rescue the old Tidal Blades trapped within, and protect the island kingdom from looming threats.

The game uses a combination of modern, strategically rich mechanics. You all act as a team, coordinating your moves and progressing together through 18 scenarios with unique maps. The Nexus Grid system is the heart of the game — a grid into which you place action cards. When you insert a new card, you activate the entire row or column, creating powerful combo actions.
Each character has unique abilities and, throughout the campaign, will:
- improve their traits (Spirit, Focus, Resilience, Synergy),
- add new action cards,
- unlock special skills,
- acquire items.
The game unfolds through narrative missions with an evolving story, encounters with NPCs, and numerous enemies. It includes tactical positioning, dice combat, and several mechanics that add dynamism and tension.
