Vampire: The Masquerade – Milan Uprising is a dark narrative board game set in the renowned World of Darkness, where players take on the roles of Anarch vampires fighting against the rule of the Camarilla sect in the Italian city of Milan. At the heart of the story are political intrigues, fragile alliances, betrayals, and a struggle for freedom, while the fate of the city constantly shifts according to the players' decisions. The game creates a dark and atmospheric experience filled with moral dilemmas and dangers lurking within the vampire underworld.
The game is designed as a cooperative narrative campaign for one to four players. Players control their vampire characters, explore different parts of the city, confront enemies, and make decisions that influence the unfolding story. Each character has unique abilities, personal objectives, and hidden information, requiring players to balance cooperation with their own interests. Throughout the game, numerous narrative events introduce new twists, unexpected consequences, and meaningful choices. A standout feature is the Teburu system, which combines physical components with a digital app. The smart game board and miniatures automatically track player movements and actions, while the app manages enemies, events, and the storyline, creating dynamic challenges and a cinematic atmosphere through sound and visual effects.
The game will be especially appealing to fans of rich storytelling, vampire themes, and meaningful choices that have long-term consequences. 🧛
